My name is Courtney Unreiner and this year I am teaching kindergarten. This is my fifth year of teaching, but first in kindergarten! I absolutely love being around children and truly value learning through play, music and stories!

I graduated with my Bachelor of Education with the focus on Middle Years (Grades 4-9) but fell in love with teaching younger students as I substituted across many divisions. I grew up in Red Deer and did all my schooling there until I met my wonderful Fiance then I moved out to Innisfail. 

When I’m not in the classroom I enjoy reading, playing boardgames, crocheting and enjoying my farm! 

I look forward to an amazing year with my Kindergarten Monsters!
