We're excited to welcome students and families back for another great year at École John Wilson Elementary!

To welcome you back to school, we will be hosting our iCampus Ice Cream Social and Open House with our school supply drop-off on August 29, 2025!

12:30 - 1pm iCampus Ice Cream Social

Join us for an ice cream treat in front of the Innisfail Middle School main doors

1 - 2:30pm Open House & School Supply Drop-Off

During this time, you're invited to visit your child's new classroom  and meet their teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity to help your child feel settled and confident as they begin the new school year. You'll have a chance to become familiar with their classroom, desk or table, locker and school entrance/exit.

Please bring all of your child's school supplies with you to drop off during this visit.

Note: The Open house is for students entering Grades 1-4. Kindergarten  students will participate in a staggered entry program at the start of the school year, and will bring their supplies at that time.

Oh Nuts!

JW is a nut free school. We have allergies for not only peanuts, but tree nuts as well. Please ensure safe snacks for child lunch. Thanks

What's the Weather today?

Please make sure your child is dressed properly for day, as we do send students out for recess in the rain, snow, sunshine & on windy days.
