Yearly School Forms
It's that time again!
Please watch your email for your re-enrollment and demographic forms. They come to you from Chinooks Edge School Division.
These forms contain permissions for Walking field trips, Technology, and FOIP consents that have to be completed every year before your child can participate in these activities.
To get to your forms, please sign into our Parent Portal, then look for the SchoolEngage link on the left hand menu.
Once in SchoolEngage, click on “Students” and look for the red dots that pertain to forms not filed out.

In addition to the above, these re-enrollment forms are also used at the school level to:
1. Provide information to you for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) purposes.
2. Provide information to Alberta Education for student enrollment purposes.
